Our numbers for January 2022


⭐️ 230 accompanied viewings ( up 156% on Jan 21)
⭐️ 88 Offers on properties (Up 306% on Jan 21)
⭐️ 211 new buyers registered (Up 222% on Jan 21)


Buyer numbers are very high whilst homes available for sale are are at a low.


All agents sales agreed are up ⬆️ 220% but available stock is down ⬇️ 19%. This pressure is holding prices and whilst demand remains high so will seller asking prices.


You can still get pricing wrong and I am sure you will have notices some reductions on home asking prices and some homes sitting on the market unsold. This can be for lots of reasons but some are just prices too high and are putting buyers off.
