If you opt for one of the managed services then we will inspect your home every four months making sure that no maintenance goes unreported and you know exactly what your property is doing.
Many landlords complain that maintenance is carried out on their property without their prior knowledge, we make sure that all maintenance is quoted and approved before carrying out, and where possible, we use respected local tradespeople, supporting the local small business community who, in turn, make us a priority when our landlords need them the most.
Landlord Investor Portfolio Building
Many of our landlords use property for investment but don’t want to be involved in the day-to-day running of these properties, they also like to buy more property which we can he with.
We offer a service where we can increase your portfolio by sourcing properties that will be suitable for you portfolio, viewing them on your behalf and recommending a purchase price. We can also oversee any works that need doing.
Another service available is where we sell currently tenanted properties landlord to landlord, these properties will not appear on national websites and are only available to landlords registered with us.
